Objective:My objective or rather aim in life is to be a good human being, a person rooted in faith
and in the belief of God's Divine Providence working in our lives.I believe that nothing happens by accident. Every litle
detail in our lives though difficult to understand at times has been meticulously planned by Our Lord and Creator.I believe
in the essential goodness of every human person.I firmly believe that each of us need to be conscious of our duties . We need
to be concerned about our responsibilities in as much as we are concerned about our privileges and rights. As a teacher i
am convinced that Education can empower others and help them gain confidence , develop their personalities through the
nurturing of their inherent potential.
My Dreams: That Peace and Justice will Prevail.
Experience
I lecture in the dept of Education St Xavier's College. My responsibilitites include teaching, conducting seminars and workshops,
attending conferences and symposia in different parts of the country as the need arises.I have attended programmes at Bangalore

good opportunity of being in the academic core group which decided on the topic for the conference.
Previously i was lecturing at The Rani Birla College. My experience included teaching, some administrative jobs like conducting
admissions, examining, conducting social service projects and different drives to develop social consciousness
in our students and to make them aware of their duties towards the less fortunate of society. It also included organizing of

I also deliver lectures at the School of Language and the School of social work and Community service of the National
Council of Education Bengal.I feel privileged to be associated with such an esteemed institution and am constantly reminded
of our great leaders who were associated with it several decades ago and from whose works and life we continue to learn and
grow.
